The outer med pouch is made of Cordura 500D—a durable material resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. The inner side walls are reinforced with nylon webbing, which helps the small medical pouch retain its shape. An additional securing element is the compression strap that ensures reliable retention of the med kit, even during intense movement. The pouch attaches to gear via a Laser Cut MOLLE interface.
The internal organizer is also made from Cordura 500D and features a flap that attaches to the outer pouch. This flap acts as both a fastening element and a quick-release mechanism for rapid med kit access. It closes with VELCRO® Brand in a pencil-case style. Inside the organizer, there are three compartments and two-stage elastic loops for organizing medical supplies.
