M-Tac Medical Bag CLS Elite
The Elite medical bag features a single main compartment equipped with an organizer specifically adapted to the MARCH algorithm (used in the TCCC – Tactical Combat Casualty Care concept, applied at the second stage of care: Tactical Field Care, or in the yellow/green zone). The back and side sections of the organizer are designed to store first-level medical supplies related to “M” (Massive bleeding), while the flap and front sections are intended for second and third levels — “A” (Airway Management) and “R” (Respiration). A large inner mesh pocket provides additional space for essential medical equipment.
On the front panel, there is a dedicated shears holder, secured with webbing and a buckle. Each side of the bag includes four integrated tourniquet pouches, while elastic webbing inside ensures both reliable fixation and quick access to contents. The top flap integrates a pouch for medical gloves (optimized for up to 5 pairs). Front and rear compartments are designed to hold immobilization splints.
The CLS medical bag can be carried over the shoulder or on the belt thanks to an adjustable strap with buckles and special rear webbing (the upper strap allows shoulder carry, the lower one allows belt carry). Additional bottom straps are intended for securing stretchers, while the front webbing can hold an NAR-type safety cord.
Constructed from 500D Cordura®, the bag provides excellent durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The integrated pouches’ straps, carry strap, shears holder, and stretcher webbing are made of Mil-Spec webbing (Original MultiCam®). Buckles and zippers come from world-leading manufacturers WOOJIN and YKK, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
